Typically 2 working days from dispatch. NB this can be 5 working days dispatch + 2 day for delivery.
NB we do not have any control over Royal Mails delivery timescales.

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on Products returned for any reason within 14 days of the PURCHASE date provided they remain in the original, unopened packaging and are in a re-saleable condition*. Please ensure you package the item sufficiently to avoid damage as we are unable to refund items that arrive damaged.
To arrange a return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for your return, name and items you wish to return. When we approve your return you will receive a return address and instructions. Please then post the item back to us via a secure postage method in suitable packaging for posting.
Once we receive your items back we will verify the individual security codes to ensure the item is the one that we had originally supplied and process your refund.
You should allow up to 7 days from receipt by us of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded. Please note that if you had originally benefited from free postage and the return takes your order below £50, the £3.95 postage that would have been applicable will be deducted from your refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that although cases are infrequent we do not offer refunds for items misplaced by couriers, this includes those where you have specified a ‘safe place’ to leave the item. We can raise a dispute with Royal Mail and resend or apply a credit only depending on its outcome.
